"I was so nervous at the thought of having anyone else in the birthing room, but after talking with Whitney, something in me felt calm and reassured. "Not sure how to even convey Whitney’s talent, presence, and service oriented heart in this review but I will try. We decided to hire a photographer for our second birth as our first birth is only documented with a handful of blurry iPhone photos and one very dark video. I was a bit hesitant to invite an additional person into our already very private home birth space and feel any pressure from documenting the experience. Whitney was there as soon as we called her, she moved so invisibly and beautifully throughout the birth and even was there as a support when my husband had to run upstairs or take a break. The photos she delivered are absolutely stunning. She worked so hard to edit them so that our dark birth space lighting was transformed to a light and bright space. And she delivered them so quickly - and so many of them!! - in both color and black and white. Oh and she even captured video and put together an amazing reel for us that still makes me sob watching it. We also did maternity and newborn photos with her and I’m so happy we did. Everything she captured and created will be remembered for years and years to come. We are so grateful we found her!!"
